About Sarah

Passionate about helping you move and feel your best

I'm a Physiotherapist based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, with over a decade of treating experience. I have a background in Sports Physiotherapy and diagnose and treat neuromusculoskeletal conditions.

I greatly enjoy treating the spine, neck and associated pain referrals, as well as treating sports and overuse injuries. My approach combines evidence-based manual therapy with exercise rehabilitation to get you back to doing what you love.

As a mom myself, I have a special interest in antenatal and postpartum recovery, and run Pilates classes specifically designed for moms at all stages.

Our Pilates classes are designed for moms and women of all ages. We focus on reconnecting with your body, and bridging the gap back into exercise like running or gym safely, targeting areas affected by pregnancy and birth. No experience required.
